Paid subscriptions are now only $30/year!

It's the lowest priced option Substack would let me do.

I have a whole new newsletter heading your way tomorrow with the kind of deranged content you’ve come to love and expect, but I just wanted to pop in here to let you know that:

a) I’ve restarted billing for paid subscribers

b) Paid annual subscriptions now cost only $30 for A WHOLE YEAR! That’s $2.50 per month, a full 50% off the cost of monthly subscriptions!

I’ve been wanting to offer a more affordable pricing option for a while now, and this is the only way Substack will let me do it. Unfortunately, they won’t let me offer a monthly subscription plan at less than $5 per month, so I really recommend the $30 annual plan if you can swing it.

I figured that with the holidays quickly approaching, some of you may want access to the archives or premium content to enjoy during your travels or all that free time you’re about to have in your childhood bedroom.
